ballerup brandstation er den vestligeste brandstation i beredskab øst og er deres travleste samt en af deres store brandstationer.

stationen huser både brandbiler og ambulancer og ligger også ud til et rimeligt befærdet udrykningskryds. så det er bestemt en af de gode steder at fange udrykning i storkøbenhavn

brandberedskabet har køretøjer til 2 slukningstog hvor det ene er bemandet med 6 fuldtids brandfolk mens resten kan bemandes med deltidsbrandfolk.
brandvæsnet har cirka 800-900 udkald årligt så der er rimelig god mulighed for at fange dem over en hel dag.

de fleste af udkaldende er med sprøjte og et følgekøretøj ofte stigen.
nogle gange med en tankvogn istedet.

indsatsleder vest er også ofte på brandstationen som også dækker noget af gladsaxes område og derfor giver lidt ekstra brandudkald når indsatsleder også er der.

hvis man er heldig kan man også fange deltiden det sker cirka 100 gange årligt og man kan derfor fange nogle ret store og spændende kald indimellem.

stationen har også en del ambulancer så dem kan man også fange ofte flere gange dagligt.

stationen ligger ud til ring 4 og meget tæt på chokoladekrydset hvor ring4 rammer ballerup byvej eller frederikssundsvej som den også kan kaldes.

i det meget trafikkerede vejkryds kan man også jævnligt fange udrykning ofte flere gange dagligt. det vil oftest være ambulancer eller politi eller lægebiler.

hvis man er heldig kan man også fange specialambulancer eller andre specialkøretøjer. en sjælden gang imellem kan man også fange brandkøretøjer fra andre stationer oftest fra gladsaxe.

the station houses both fire trucks and ambulances and is also located next to a reasonably busy emergency road. so it is definitely one of the good places to catch emergency vehicles in Greater Copenhagen

the fire brigade has vehicles for 2 fire crews where one is manned with 6 fulltime firefighters while the rest can be manned with retained firefighters.
the fire department has about 800-900 calls a year so there is a reasonably good chance of catching them over an entire day.

the station also has a number of ambulances so you can also catch them several times a day.

the station is next to ring 4 and very close to the chocolate junction where ring4 hits ballerup byvej or frederikssundsvej as it can also be called.

in the very busy intersection you can also regularly catch emergencies often several times a day. it will most often be ambulances or police or mediccars.

if you are lucky you can also catch special ambulances or other special vehicles. on rare occasions you can also catch fire trucks from other stations most often from gladsaxe.
