交通機動隊の覆面パトカーと思われる車両が、緊急走行していました。特に交通違反車両を追走している雰囲気ではなかったので、何かしら別件で緊急走行をしていたものと思われます。
A vehicle that appeared to be an undercover police car of the Traffic Task Force was on an emergency run. It didn’t look like it was chasing a traffic violation vehicle, so I guess it was on an emergency run for some other reason.
